Three Characters that I'd like to see in SSB4.

I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE ANY ARGUMENTS JUST BECAUSE I'M STATING MY OPINION ON SOMETHING. THE BACK BUTTON IS RIGHT THERE ON THE TOP LEFT READY TO BE CLICKED IF ONE WERE TO STUMBLE ON SOMETHING THAT MIGHT DISGUST OR ENRAGE THEM. PRESS THE UNSEE BUTTON IF YOU HAVE ONE, TOO.

Here are 3 characters that I think could/should appear in the fourth Smash Bros. game. If any of them don't make it in, that's fine - there's always hope for DLC or one can just simply dream. These choices of mine, however, actually make sense and aren't ridiculous like Ridley. Face it, people, he's a stage boss like the Yellow Devil on Mega Man's stage. His size is ridiculous and Bowser can work with whatever size he is given by Nintendo.

Anyway... onto my "predictions". I'll start with the first two who happen to be very common suggestions by others.

1. Pac-Man

There are SO many good reasons Pac-Man can get in. Reasons such as one of Sakurai's quotes from when he was showing off Mega Man's moves at E3 2013, Namco helping with working on the game, some Namco references and characters already appearing as Assist Trophies. There's extremely little to NO excuse for Pac-Man to not be in this game as a result. With him in the game, then four of the most famous gaming icons of all time can battle it out in the SAME GAME. An obvious final smash idea would be him turning into a giant classic sprite version of himself and either moving around freely or automatically going side-to-side on the stage chomping those in his way. But who knows, maybe Nintendo would make something unexpected for him like Mega Man's?

Mario VS. Sonic VS. Mega Man VS. Pac-Man. Who honestly wouldn't want that? Dweebs. That's who. 'Nuff said.

2. Mewtwo

Admit it.
You saw this one coming.
I'm glad that Greninja's in the game, but jeez that trailer sure tricked/trolled many Pokémon fans with the shadowy figure and three finger parts. Even though there were a couple of other parts from that moment which further hinted it wasn't Mewtwo. Sakurai may be such a troll at times (Kidding about ZS Samus not appearing for example), but he listens to many suggestions on the internet. He probably knew he had the audience fooled with the shadowy figure trick in the Greninja trailer and the team is probably working on everyone's favorite Kanto legendary in private. People know Sakurai for his odd, confusing, but clever mindgames when providing news. Another reason he listens is because he removed TRIPPING and added a competitive online game mode (For Glory with Final Destination-styled stages) and the game's speed is in between that of Melee and Brawl's, so it might just be a faster pace than Brawl just like the competitive Melee/Project M players like it.

I've got some Combo/Counter breakers for common arguments of Mewtwo not being in the game.

Common Argument 1: "Lucario replaced Mewtwo in Brawl! He's not coming back!"
Wrong. Most people believe Lucario was indeed Mewtwo's replacement because of the Aura Sphere move being similar to the Shadow Ball move from Melee. But really, they had to bring in a Pokémon to promote the Sinnoh region's roster of Pokémon at the time. Mewtwo was actually on a list of characters which were scrapped due to time restraints or not good enough plans. Other examples include Roy, Dr. Mario, Toon versions of Zelda & Sheik and "Pra_Mai", which some people speculate could be Plusle and Minun as an Ice Climbers-like duo.
Don't believe me?

Read it and weep, pal.

Common Argument 2: "There are too many playable Pokémon!"
Jigglypuff is highly likely to return due to being one of the original 12 characters from the 64 roster. With it and Mewtwo together, that'd make 6 Pokémon in total. But in Brawl, there were also 6 Pokémon in total if Red's team of Charizard, Ivysaur and Squirtle are counted. Since Charizard is the only one returning since transformation/swapping-type characters are no longer in the upcoming game, that means that Ivysaur and Squirtle will likely not return. Especially since Charizard is the most popular of the Kanto starters. Also, there are about 8 Mario characters in this game too if DK, Diddy Kong (doesn't really count since he came from DK Country) and Yoshi are counted, even though they have different symbols and victory themes and appeared in their own worlds that are outside the Mushroom Kingdom. If Wario returns, that makes 9 Mario-originated characters in total.

Common Argument 3: "We need a Pokémon representing Johto, Hoenn or Unova, like Zoroark!"
Aren't any of the Pokéball Pokémon enough? Also, Zoroark is officially not appearing because if you look closely in the crowd of Pokéball Pokémon in Greninja's trailer, Zoroark is one of them. As for a Johto representative, we pretty much had Pichu in Melee, although that was a Pikachu clone and the developers are working to have less clone characters in the game. That brings me to the next argument.

Common Argument 4: "Lucario is pretty much a clone-like replacement of Mewtwo and Mewtwo's gameplay style is clunky!"
Again, wrong with the replacement thing. And for the clone aspects like the same moves? Aside from the Aura Sphere which travels in a straight line while the Shadow Ball travels in a up-and-down wave-like pattern? Nope. I'm sure some of you find Mewtwo's gameplay style clunky in your opinions, but that's where game-tweaking comes into view. The developers are tweaking certain characters, giving them new abilities and different/improved recovery abilities for example. Mewtwo could be tweaked to not be as "clunky" as before. Also, the Project M team made him work so well in their very popular mod (still no PAL release yet...).

"Mini" rant over... now for the last character suggestion.

If there was to be a third character representing the EarthBound/Mother series or if one of the characters was to be replaced (obviously Lucas since Ness is of the original 12), then it should be the original protagonist from EarthBound Zero/Mother 1.

3. Ninten

*puts up fists* Roit, ah'm rehdee for ya buggahz t'come at me with them "Ness" lookalike arguments! Well, take this, ya testeecals!
smashboards.com/threads/no-cry…
Dat dere link's fulla counters to dem arguments!

Apologies for that Australian-accented fighter thingymabob, just been watching Russel Crowe: Fightin' around the World.

Anyway, this character choice is unlikely, but seeing him in the game would be incredible. His moveset won't be a PK Fire, Thunder and PSI Magnet copy-and-paste, I can tell you that. Those moves didn't exist in the first game (but then again, Ness and Lucas used moves that only their friends learned) if I'm not mistaken. I'm not big on EarthBound knowledge since I don't play the games. Out of the most-requested characters list, Ninten ranks low, but the EarthBound fanbase is quite large, despite there only being 3 games and two of them being Japan-only (though EarthBound Zero actually had an English version planned, but was cancelled. People found it and uploaded it as a downloadable NES rom). They wanted EarthBound on Virtual Console and they eventually got it due to the massive cry-out on Miiverse. However, no news on a localized Mother 3/EarthBound 2 yet. Again, Ninten's low on the most-requested characters list, but the franchise's fanbase is huge and giving Ninten a chance to shine would bring tears of happiness to the EarthBound fans, just like when EarthBound/Mother 2 was released on Virtual Console.

But probably with all the Ness-comparing arguments, Ninten could be a possible Ness alternate costume as a result like Little Mac's arcade wireframe incarnation and Wii Fit Trainer's male counterpart are.

Yes but i'm not totally on pac man. He has not enough moves and there will may be too much 3d party characters. also if you can, say me which will ve Pacman Moveset.
Also i agree on Mewtwo, but how someone differences Ness and Ninten?
